Our Founder and Managing Partner, Roel Baduria, earned his Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines graduating with Latin Honors - Cum Laude in the year 1990. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a year after.
He started his career as Junior Auditor in SGV & Co. (Ernst and Young Philippines), a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited, and has then moved to various professional and business endeavors. He founded the company, Baduria and Company, CPAs, and registered it with the Philippine government agencies back in 2004. He is an accredited CPA in Public Practice by the Board of Accountancy, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and Securities and Exchange Commission in the Philippines; and a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accounts or PICPA.
As a CPA for almost 3 decades now, he has extensive training and experience in assisting companies who are engaged in construction, education, events management, food and hospitality services, information technology, manufacturing , and other industries. He specializes in External Audit, Tax Audit, Management Services and Business Review Services providing business insights behind the numbers.
Aldwin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy back in the year 2012. He then passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure exam and had joined SGV & Co. (Ernst and Young Philippines) (Member firm of Ernst and Young Global Limited) in the same year. He is also a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants or PICPA and Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice or ACPAPP.
His specialization is in servicing client primarily engaged in retail, manufacturing and service industry. He has years of experience in providing various tax, audit and management consultancy services to local and multinational companies. He has performed management consultancy for affiliates abroad.
The Partners of Baduria and Company, CPAs have accreditations from different government agencies namely: Securities and Exchange Commission, Board of Accountancy, and Bureau of Internal Revenue. Through these government agencies, our partners are updated with the latest rules and regulations governing the Accounting and Audit Industry in the Philippines. They are recognized as two of the country's accredited external auditors.
ACPAPP, as an organization, aims to consolidate the ranks of all CPAs in Public Practice, enhance their professional competencies and to strictly adhere to the Profession’s Code of Ethics. To realize this vision, ACPAPP shall strengthen its linkages with all regulatory agencies of the government, strengthen its advocacy role and come out with activities that will solidly unite its members and develop their technical and professional competencies.

The Philippine Institute of Certified Accountants or PICPA is the accredited professional organization (APO) of CPAs by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and has been awarded twice as PRC most outstanding APO from among other professional organizations.
Through PICPA, the country is actively represented in the world’s major accounting bodies. Foremost among these international organizations is the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), the broad objective of which is the development and enhancement of a well coordinated worldwide accountancy profession functioning under harmonized standards. Another organization is the Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA), which seeks the development of a coordinated regional accounting profession with harmonized standards. Finally, there is the ASEAN Federation of Accountants (AFA), which strives to work together in a spirit of cooperation with the ASEAN region’s varied groups, whose economic efforts may be complemented by the accountancy profession. PICPA had assumed the overall leadership of these organizations in a number of times and has been taking active roles in the pursuit of their respective goals.
